What you'll be doing

  • Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor EV charging stations for optimal performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network performance and activities.
  • Reporting: Generate regular performance and issue reports.
  • Process Improvement: Develop SOPs to enhance network efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Network Operations Manager and other teams to ensure network reliability.


What you'll need

  • Experience: At least 2 years in network operations or technical support, ideally in the EV charging industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with network monitoring tools and understanding of network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively.
