About the Role:As a TBM, you'll be at the forefront of managing key accounts within your territory, driving business growth and making a positive impact on patient lives. You'll lead local account planning efforts, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with our brand vision. Your focus will be on maximizing business potential through targeted engagement channels while ensuring formulary access and guideline positioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan.
  • Achieve sales and new patient start targets through various customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain deep expertise in our therapeutic area and competitor landscape.
  • Foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to support their capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for optimal business outcomes.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and compliance at all times.
