KJ Talent & Partners is working exclusively to hire a Head of Social Media and to join an incredible talented team in London. This is a pivotal role within the business and the candidate will be expected to work closely with senior stakeholders in supporting the development of each channel.


Requirements..


  • Create and lead integrated social media strategy and the owned execution across multiple platforms and territories including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Implement and use of social media management and monitoring tools
  • Set up and manage ongoing reporting process to give visibility to content and social metrics
  • Campaign management, ensuring campaigns are fully integrated across the business, meeting objectives and delivering ROI


About you..


  • Social media native – deep understanding in particular of Instagram
  • Understands intimately the value of and ‘art and commerce’ on social and how to balance
  • Have exceptional organizational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders
