Overview of Department


  • They operate predominantly in bespoke retail experiential fixtures and transactional stock holding fixtures of varying size
  • One off fixtures for flagship stores to large scale multi-retailer rollouts
  • Markets we operate in include the consumer electrics, toys, security and vape & tobacco
  • They create renders, SD walk arounds, tech and manufacture drawings
  • They source the various material elements for final assembly in their facility
  • Organise onward install around the UK using their own install teams
  • They install into the majority of UK airports, Currys, Harrods, Selfridges, Samsung KX store, supermarkets, convenience, independent electrical stores, exhibitions and festivals


Purpose of the Role


Working with their clients to deliver outstanding retail marketing campaigns, strengthening their market position and positively effecting sales.


Lead a team of Project Managers, driving their development plans, supporting career progression and guiding them to deliver the best they can. Project Managing all allocated projects, taking complete ownership of supplier relationships and costs, driving a project through the business with attention to detail, tenacity and a technical knowledge to be able to identify the most cost effective, high quality and quick approach. Be able to work within an office environment but be equally as comfortable on site supporting with an install, or in the warehouse, quality checking and advising on outputs.


Delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities


  • Complete management of Project Management team
  • Complete ownership of each of your projects - planning and implementation to the highest quality, to deadline and to brief
  • Project status reporting and ongoing evaluation – proactively flagging challenges with urgency
  • Driving the close liaison with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and improving service levels to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive best practice fabrication/construction methods & techniques and appropriate material selection
  • Supplier liaison for costs, lead times, fabrication & construction methods and QC
  • Focused on getting the best possible price from suppliers
  • Identifying new & monitor current suppliers and support staff for price, quality and service levels.
  • Ownership of individual project P&L; cost analysis; meeting project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; cross checking supplier costs and initiating corrective actions if required.
  • Client liaison on and off site for technical and production queries
  • Robust checking of technical drawings
  • Preparing estimates and schedules for internal departments
  • Production of O&M Manuals
  • Completing and submitting all relevant Project H&S, Risk and Method Statements
  • Raising purchase orders
