About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking B2B marketing agency, is at the forefront of developing insightful, creative, and technologically advanced retail solutions for some of the most prestigious global brands.

In light of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Project Director to take on a crucial role in steering their clients towards success. This position involves leading a dedicated team of Project Managers, nurturing their professional growth, and facilitating their career advancement. Your extensive knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of projects that are not only high-quality but also cost-effective and timely, consistently surpassing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of the Project Management team.
  • Full accountability for each project, ensuring meticulous planning and execution that meets the highest standards, deadlines, and specifications.
  • Regular project status updates and continuous assessment, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Enhancing service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promoting best practices in fabrication and construction methods, along with optimal material selection.
  • Engaging with suppliers regarding costs, lead times, fabrication techniques, and quality control.
  • Identifying new suppliers and monitoring existing ones to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service standards.
  • Managing individual project profit and loss, conducting cost analysis, forecasting needs, scheduling expenditures, verifying supplier costs, and initiating corrective measures as necessary.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Director within a production setting.
  • Robust technical expertise with the capability to pinpoint the most effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities, emphasizing team development and career growth.
  • A meticulous and determined approach to project management.
  • Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including both office settings and on-site installations.
