MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure that we're compliant with all Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental & Customs Legislation
  • Lead the team on rotating shifts (06.00-14.00 and 14:00-22:00)
  • Ensure overall product quality meets defined standards, via process, equipment, documentation and training
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Manage the budget including variable and fixed costs for maximum functional benefit.
  • Own & report on the daily, weekly & monthly deliverables (KPI's)
  • Demonstrate behaviours in line with our diversity and inclusion aims
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team, in line with the Company Values, to maximise employee engagement.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You're currently working in a Shift Manager or Production Manager/Leader role, and can demonstrate experience of leading and training a team to deliver against a range of targets in fast paced environment.
  • You're currently working within FMCG, ideally drinks
  • Ability to communicate & influence team members to achieve KPIs
  • An analytical problem solver
  • Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing would be very beneficial
