Bottling Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bottling Operations Manager to lead our Bottling/Packaging Area team. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling and packaging processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Bottling Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the bottling team, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Optimize Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, minimizing waste and damage.
- Lead Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Maintenance Programs: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
