The Business


This highly respected home DIY brand have been operating for over 100 years and have been the leading business in their sector for some time. From humble beginnings they’ve grown incredibly well and are constantly improving their offering through acquisition and organic growth. They sell a range market leading products to both the UK and global markets and are committed to continued growth. Many of their staff have been with the business for years, senior management always champion new ideas and anyone joining can expect an excellent level of responsibility and flexibility – staff here are trusted. Their marketing team have delivered impressive results through Social, Influencer and other avenues and they are now looking to add an Ecommerce and Social Media Executive to their team…


The Role


Reporting directly into their hugely experienced Marketing Director, this is a truly unique position split between Social Media Marketing and Ecommerce management. The marketing responsibilities will include Organic Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Content creation and the Ecommerce element of the role will be focused on continually refining and updating ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will:


  • Have some experience owning Organic Social Media marketing output across various major platforms including Tik Tok and Instagram
  • Have experience updating content for use on Ecommerce platforms
  • Ideally have wider experience optimising Ecommerce platforms
  • Have an interest in working with Influencers to create content
  • Be comfortable trying new things and suggesting new approaches.
