The Role of a Senior Sales Executive:
As the new Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow a valuable portfolio of accounts in the furniture and manufacturing sectors. This is a key revenue-generating position within their close-knit, supportive team. You'll spend 6-12 months immersing yourself within all sectors that the business work within to fully integrate into the wider team and have a well-rounded understanding of the clientele.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Drive revenue growth through existing account management and new business development
- Provide expert consultative solutions for clients' packaging requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Maintain detailed client records and sales forecasts
Your Profile & Experience:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
- Excellence in relationship building and account management
- Proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite
