Job Overview: DUBAI OFFICE

The Logistics Supervisor (This role is based in our Dubai office willing to relocate) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves overseeing the transportation of vehicles for major accounts, coordinating logistics, and maximizing revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate the transportation of vehicles for key accounts, including scheduling shipments, arranging pickup and delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as operations and customs brokers to ensure smooth execution of transportation services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with key accounts, such as increasing shipment volumes, offering additional services, or targeting new market segments.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients, maximizing profitability while ensuring competitive rates and value-added services.
  • Manage invoicing, job costing, and profitability.
  • Monthly commercial report (check)


Qualifications:

Previous experience in key account management or sales within the transportation or logistics industry, with a focus on automotive or car shipping (preferred). Strong understanding of transportation logistics, supply chain management, and vehicle shipping processes (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Proven track record of managing key client relationships and achieving revenue targets. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to drive business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.


Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
  • Experience working with automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and high net-worth individuals.
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, especially if working with international clients.
