Are you passionate about risk management and cyber security with previous experience implementing risk tools? Do you have a knack for providing insightful guidance and driving robust risk management processes? We are seeking a dedicated Risk Management System Lead to join our team and make a significant impact on our critical national infrastructure (CNI) in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Manage Risk Tools: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of risk management tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, Archer, and other industry-leading platforms.
  • Daily Use of ServiceNow: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow (or other similar risk tools) to manage, track, and mitigate risks across the organisation, ensuring alignment with our risk management strategy.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and cybersecurity, to ensure an integrated approach to risk management.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed risk reports and dashboards to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks, continuously improving our risk management processes and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on implementing and managing tools like ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, and Archer.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrable experience using ServiceNow (or other simialr risk tools) for risk management tasks on a daily basis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and devise effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate risk concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISSP) are highly desirable.
