Are you passionate about risk management and cyber security with previous experience implementing risk tools? We are seeking a dedicated Risk Management System Lead to join our team and make a significant impact on our critical national infrastructure (CNI) in the energy sector.

Implement and Manage Risk Tools: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of risk management tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, Archer, and other industry-leading platforms.
Daily Use of ServiceNow: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow (or other similar risk tools) to manage, track, and mitigate risks across the organisation, ensuring alignment with our risk management strategy.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and cybersecurity, to ensure an integrated approach to risk management.
Develop and deliver detailed risk reports and dashboards to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks, continuously improving our risk management processes and tools.

Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on implementing and managing tools like ServiceNow, OneTrust, Qualys, and Archer.
ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrable experience using ServiceNow (or other simialr risk tools) for risk management tasks on a daily basis.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and devise effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate risk concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
