One of the top established fintech digital banks is currently hiring for a Senior Strategy Analyst. This role will help shape core credit risk and commercial strategies for their lending products.


THE COMPANY


This company is based in London. They are a responsible lender with their focus being on customer well-being which has allowed them to grow and become a very successful digital bank. They are constantly innovating and releasing new products for their customers. One of the top FinTechs digital banks on the market right now


THE ROLE

The role is a Senior Credit Risk Strategy Analyst position which will involve leading variety of analytical projects.


You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:


  • Optimise credit decision-making via a new risk scorecard and credit policy changes
  • Use advanced statistical methods for customer behaviour prediction and demand forecasting
  • Refine credit policies in collaboration with product and tech teams
  • Manage pricing and commercial discussions with sales teams and partner merchants
  • Analyse portfolio performance, identify improvements, and suggest strategic changes
  • Develop NPV and pricing models for informed lending decisions, acknowledging limitations
  • Collaborate with the fraud team to track trends and enhance fraud strategy
  • Devise strategies for enhancing affordability policy and ensuring positive customer outcomes
  • Mentor and foster growth of junior team members within the team


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Strong credit risk strategy experience
  • Strong SQL or Python skills
  • Strong numerate degree
