VP of Product & Engineering – SaaS


About the company:

An innovative and fast-growing SaaS business in the leisure & tourism space that provide a platform to enhance how travel experiences are sold, marketed, and managed is searching for a VP of Product and Engineering to help bridge the gap between market & customer needs and technical execution.


About the role:

The VP of Product Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the engineering function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong engineering background and experience leading engineering teams. You will balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring solutions meet customer and market needs to help drive business growth.


What we need from you:

  • Strong background in software engineering, with recent experience in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS business
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Excellent leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of modern software development practices and technologies.
