Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to help develop and execute a marketing strategy to position PTS as the go-to partner for innovation for clients looking to digitally transform their workplace and built environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive and elevate the PTS brand, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:


Jointly develop, and then implement a strategic marketing plan to position our consultancy as a partner for innovation.

Work with the wider PTS team to identify market opportunities and trends to ensure that our services meet the needs of our target clients.

Establish and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.


Brand Positioning and Awareness:


Create and execute campaigns to enhance the PTS brand and its visibility and recognition within the industry.

Develop compelling messaging that highlights our innovative solutions and expertise.

Collaborate to produce high-quality marketing materials, including thought leadership content, brochures, presentations, case studies, podcasts and videos.


PR, Publications & Lead Generation:


Nurture leads through targeted marketing efforts, including email marketing, webinars, events and PR through industry publications.

Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.

Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.


Digital Marketing:


Oversee the company’s online presence, including the website, LinkedIn and digital advertising.

Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to optimise campaign performance.


Content Marketing:


Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, and other relevant content.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce insightful and engaging content that showcases our industry knowledge and thought leadership.


Market Research and Analysis:


Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Analyse competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.


Event Management:


Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, exhibitions and webinars.

Identify speaking opportunities and secure engagements for key company representatives.

Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities to maximise impact.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in technology or built environment sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including LinkedIn social media, content marketing and SEO.

Established contacts with media outlets, both-industry specific and the wider media, is desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and produce high-quality marketing materials quickly and prolifically.

Ability to take technical ideas and opinions from our subject matter experts and consultants and turn them into compelling stories that aligns to our brand strategy

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
