Your Role Will Include:

  • Chronic Disease Management: Supporting patients with conditions like diabetes, asthma, and hypertension
  • Immunizations and Vaccinations: Including childhood and travel immunizations, flu shots, and Covid-19 vaccines
  • Women’s Health: Performing cervical cytology and providing contraceptive advice
  • Wound Care: Assisting with assessment, treatment, and dressings for minor injuries
  • Health Promotion: Advising patients on healthy lifestyles and preventive care
  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration
  • Experience in Primary Care or Community Nursing preferred (though full training will be provided for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication skills, a team-player approach, and a commitment to patient well-being
  • Passionate about delivering quality care to our diverse patient community
