About the role

Working with the Channel & Marketing Strategy Lead, the Channel & Marketing Strategy Exec will support in defining, developing and

delivering optimal marketing and channel strategies to achieve core business objectives (maximise audience reach, sessions and net revenue on a global scale).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in establishing market, channel, competitive and audience insight and measurement to guide business decisions, along with strategy / planning processes.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive market strategies aligned with CAVU’s long & short-term business plan targets.
  • Identify and prioritise target market segments, creating optimal strategies to reach and engage specific customer groups.
  • Proactively monitor markets, adapting plans based on market movements.
  • Evaluate existing marketing channel performance & mix, defining the most effective marketing channels to deliver transformational growth based on target audiences and business goals.
  • Working alongside analysts to gain required insights on competitor marketing activities and market positioning, to inform competitive strategies.
  • Working alongside analysts to gain consumer behaviour and preferences to inform marketing and channel decisions.
  • Supporting in creating go-to-market plans for new clients and markets, coordinating efforts across marketing, e-commerce, and business development.
  • Working with the Channel & Marketing Strategy Lead and Business Development to develop optimal channel strategies by market, to increase audience reach, and maximise incremental revenue.
  • Support in defining long-term goals, KPI’s, OKR’s, and performance metrics for marketing and channel initiatives.



Key Skills:

  • Experience in planning / delivering multi-channel strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to present clearly.
  • Self-starting and highly organised, with the capability to collaborate on projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in sourcing market, customer, competitive, and channel insights; interpreting insight to drive channel or market plans.
  • Curious, with the ability to be in both the detail for performance evaluation and keep a ‘global’ view across channels and markets.
  • Capable of defining, delivering and optimising channel plans in multiple territories based on business objectives & targets.
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of short-term v long term strategies, and different measurement methods.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt with live market trends and performance.
  • Aware of emerging innovations; new channels, technologies, and creative approaches.
