This role reports into their Global Campus Recruitment Manager supporting their Investment Campus hiring across interns and graduates. The role requires a fluent French speaker as you'll be managing a large population in France and wider EMEA.


The role works closely with a wider Campus team of 4 but with a real runway to not only be autonomous but drive direction, have exposure to senior stakeholders and be part of an exciting development journey of their graduate recruitment end-to-end.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to EMEA campus recruiting strategy
  • Act as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities in the EMEA region – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
  • Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy
  • Screening calls with junior investment candidates
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies
  • Provide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholders


Requirements:


  • Bilingual – Fluent professionally in both English and French
  • 3+ years of experience in campus and/or quant/tech recruiting
  • Experience managing industrial relationships with French Engineering Universities is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
