HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6 to 9 month basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR Business Partners and work closely with the HR team to deliver impactful HR services across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions with tailored people strategies, performance management, and employee development
  • Oversee key HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation discussions, and performance exits
  • Lead complex employee relations cases
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Employee Engagement & Experience lead to identify and implement learning needs for the business
  • Analyse engagement survey data to identify trends and action points, supporting continuous improvement
  • Partner with the local Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruiting teams to drive recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility team and immigration lawyers to manage relocations, secondments, and transfers
  • Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers
  • Support HR operations for non-London offices, including benefits and other processes
  • Handle ad hoc requests and projects within the team's broad remit

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role within financial services
  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of employment law and its impact on HR matters
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels

This is a fixed-term contract with potential for day rate.
