What we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Marketing Officer to join our growing Marketing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing, including administration related to sales leads, attending industry exhibitions, and creating engaging graphics, brochures, and social media content. This role covers the business globally, including the EU and Australia, and may involve visiting customer sites with new materials and product updates.


Key responsibilities as a Marketing Officer will be to:

  • Assist with development of marketing campaigns when required.
  • Assist with the tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing database.
  • Support the sales team by managing sales leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms.
  • Create compelling graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities across the UK, EU and Australia.
  • Ensure marketing materials are tailored to regional markets and comply with local regulations.


Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Marketing Officer will include:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Website analysis, content creation and copywriting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions, events, and customer visits.
