Sales & Marketing Administrator

**Excellent opportunity for a Sales **& Marketing **Administrator to join a well-established company based on Somersham**
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our client at their offices located in Somersham (PE28) just north of Huntingdon & St Ives.
**Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administration support to the Sales & Marketing department
- Speaking with existing and potential new customers on the phone
- Entering and processing sales and purchase orders on the SAGE accounting system
- Raising delivery notes and sales invoices
- Sending quotations in conjunction with the sales team
- Updating and maintaining the in-house CRM system
- Maintain and update the company website
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Organise and attend customer training days (CPD)
Indepth Day to Day Activities**
(Some duties shared with Senior Sales Administrator)
- Weekly checks of stock
- Weekly checks on aged debtors
- Weekly back order report (Following up/keeping track of all quotes sent out)
- Weekly outstanding PO report (Keeping track of Purchase orders and following them up/chasing them when necessary.)
- Issuing quotations
- Checking sales folders
- Invoicing equipment both Proforma/SOP invoices and Posted invoices
- Placing Purchase orders
- GRN'ing goods
- Database administration on ACT
- Sending out packages or arranging collection with DPD.
- Training certificates
- Post purchase questionnaires
- Liaising with the Service department for Switchon tests / saftey tests / RMA / Esaote helpdesk
- Maintaining and updating company social media pages
- Maintaining and updating company website
- Creating and executing Mail Chimp campaigns
- Creating and executing other marketing campaigns
- CPD attendance
- CPD follow up
