Sales Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Sales Development Executive who will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads, initiate contact, and nurture relationships with prospective clients. The main objective is to find new business opportunities and contribute to expanding our customer base here in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects and target markets.
· Utilise various channels, including Residential, Events and Retail campaigns.
· Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer requirements and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs.
· Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for driving sales growth.
· Provide regular assistance in coaching and managing a team of people.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
· Stay updated on industry developments and attend relevant networking events or conferences.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish long-term relationships.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed targets.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
