About the Role


As Business Development Manager, you’ll develop strategic partnerships, drive business development initiatives, and manage the full sales process. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team, overseeing outreach, account-based marketing initiatives, and leading efforts to build and manage a strong sales pipeline. In addition, you'll collaborate across departments, influencing product development and creating joint marketing materials with our partners.


Key responsibilities include


  • Leading outbound business development efforts and converting incoming enquiries.
  • Innovating sales strategies and exploring new approaches to target key markets.
  • Building and nurturing partnerships that align with our brand values.
  • Attending industry events to raise the profile of the company and yourself.
  • Driving the company’s growth with a strong focus on pipeline management and new business acquisition.


What We’re Looking For


We seek an experienced, strategic-minded Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the opportunity to build something lasting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably within professional or financial services settings.


This is a hunter role, and the candidate needs to be comfortable with outreach and sales. While leads will be provided, part of your performance is linked to self-generated business.


Key Skills & Experience


  • 5+ years in business development or sales management, with experience in building and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business development tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and AI systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to make a tangible impact in a growing business.
