Role Overview

As Sales Director EMEA, you will be a core member of the global Leadership Team, working across local and European markets with one mission in mind: smash targets


You will lead a dynamic team of Flexible Workspace Brokers, maximizing their potential through management, inspiration, and coaching to ensure individual, team, and company success.


Responsibilities

  • Brand Representation: Represent the Office Hub brand locally and throughout EMEA.
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as the bridge between the Leadership Team in Australia and the UK team, driving localized strategies while deploying HQ-led initiatives.
  • Business Forecasting: Forecast future business and report to Senior Management.
  • Team Management: Drive team activity, partner engagement, and results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence and quality in day-to-day work.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example by running full sales cycles and assisting the team in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Enterprise Lead Management: Manage enterprise leads from inquiry to close.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Maximize pipeline activity, market opportunities, and conversion rates to drive revenue.
  • Team Development: Motivate, coach, and develop top performers.
  • Training and Hiring: Manage training and hiring of new team members.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a next-level customer experience for ongoing brand loyalty.
  • Target Achievement: Exceed goals and targets to grow the brand and drive revenue for your market.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Get involved - bring ideas, energy, and drive
