This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, working closely with key decision-makers to influence strategy and deliver financial excellence. As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing critical financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. This role offers an exciting blend of strategic planning, commercial analysis, and hands-on financial management within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence and shape business strategy.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive efficiencies across the business.
  • Partner with operational teams to develop budgets, track performance, and manage risks.
  • Present complex financial information in a clear and compelling way to non-financial audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, offering financial expertise to achieve business objectives.


Previous Experience


Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in business partnering, ideally within a professional services or similar environment. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
