supporting young children’s development and making parents; lives easier. We are currently expanding and adapting to rapidly evolving media trends, and we are seeking a Social Media Executive to join us in-house on a
regular part-time basis. This role will focus on developing and nurturing our vibrant community and be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team.
You will play a big role in company growth through content creation that will turn heads across our social media
and marketing channels and will be required to work closely with our Social and Community Manager to ensure
that our social media is impactful and engaging.
A passion for content creation, a can-do attitude, and a desire to contribute to a company on a mission to make a difference are absolutely essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
● Assisting with the creation of social media posts.
● Assisting in sharing, and scheduling content across various social media platforms, including but not
limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Fostering meaningful interactions and engagement with our audience by responding to comments,
messages, and mentions in a professional and friendly manner.
● Collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance
brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
● Managing social media inboxes promptly and effectively, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and
messages.
● Supporting in the onboarding process of new affiliates
● Supporting campaign concept development
● Monitoring social media channels for trends, feedback, and insights
● Using analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
If you are a self-motivated Social Media Executive with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent, remote role for 3 (fixed) days per week. This role will include regular travel within the UK to film with members of the Bibado team. Expect to travel roughly once per week to film, with the majority of that travel within South Wales and some in England.
Key Skills and Experience:
● Excellent knowledge of social media platforms; particularly TikTok.
● Analytical skills.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Prior experience in marketing and social media.
● Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Bonus Skills:
● Experience of content creation for TikTok
● Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns
● Basic videography and video editing skills
