Are you a highly articulate and creative Social Media Manager looking for an interesting and diverse new role? Are you capable of creating paid advertising campaigns and social media strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram?

Yolk Recruitment ltd are currently partnered with a well established organisation to hire a proactive Social Media Manager who is capable of driving this area of the Digital Marketing plan.

**Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and working within the Global Growth Team you will be responsible for**:

- Planning, developing, implementing, and managing the social business strategy.
- Leading the creation of the organic social strategy and campaign execution including the development of content, activating paid media, and driving key metrics such as awareness and engagement.
- Creating paid advertising campaigns across both UK and international markets.
- Managing social media budget.
- Copy writing - Creating professional and engaging content for website, e mail and social media campaigns.

You'll be a strategic thinker with strong creative skills, including Copy-writing, social media layouts and video creation.

**The skills and experience you'll bring to the role**:

- You'll have a proven history in organic social media experience across strategy, execution, and analysis.
- You'll have experience leading social strategies across all major platforms e.g., YouTube, Meta.
- You'll possess strong creative skills to create engaging content that truly reflects the brand.
- You'll have experience with social media and general marketing analytics, data and insights.
- You'll be experienced in presenting, reporting, and influencing key stakeholders.
- You'll have impeccable attention to detail.
- You'll have proven experience creating, managing, and reporting on paid social media campaigns. This would include experience in platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Canva or general image-editing platforms would be an advantage
- Experience in video editing, e.g. Adobe Premier Pro would be an advantage, however is not essential.
- Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprout, HootSuite, Falcon would also be advantageous.
