RTL Group are seeking a site agent to work on a major civils project involving deep drainage and heavy civils works.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Civils Site Agent, you'll be working within the site team, supporting them in on-site delivery of civil construction works.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Completing daily records of the works, raise observations and report and investigate incidents.
  • Producing and reviewing RAMS for all activities on site. Ensure they are implemented and amended when required.
  • Updating and reviewing programme for all works carried out onsite.
  • Ensure Inductions, RAMS briefings and TBT are completed and that all persons are competent for the tasks being undertaken.


What are we looking for?

  • good knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Contracts including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events
  • Proven experience in a managing a civil works contract and knowledge of industry standards and methodologies.
  • Experience with subcontractor management and site supervision
  • First Aider and UK driving licence holder


Qualifications Required

  • Temporary Works Supervisor or TWC.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS (Black).
  • Street Works is desirable

This role is Monday to Friday 7.30 - 5:00
