About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring strategic land sites to support our growth strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Investigating and evaluating potential land opportunities through extensive research and analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, agents, and other industry professionals
- Developing and implementing effective land acquisition strategies to meet our business objectives
- Working closely with our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, and Technical specialists to ensure seamless site acquisition and development
- Managing the offer and negotiation process to secure sites at the best possible price
- Providing regular updates and insights to our Land Director and wider team on land market trends and opportunities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in land acquisition and development, such as RICS or MRICS
