We're thrilled to introduce an outstanding job opportunity for the position of Account Manager within an exceptional Facilities Management company. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations, taking ownership of P&L balance, and achieving Supply Chain deliverables. Your focus will be on driving excellence in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability performance to enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance


Accountabilities:


  • Develop and execute a Strategic Account Plan.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of the plan.
  • Manage overall Contract performance through regular client reviews.
  • Build strong client, stakeholder, and supply chain relationships.
  • Lead by example, support, and develop direct reports.
  • Budget management, cost-saving initiatives, and timely closure of works.
  • Provide detailed reporting on KPIs and client-specific data.


Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:


Essential:


  • Facilities Management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Profound understanding of condition reporting and asset life cycle management.
  • IT literacy, especially in Excel and data manipulation.
  • MA, PC, or Total FM Contract Management experience.
  • Client relationship management and stakeholder/people management.
  • Budgetary management and cost-saving initiative development.
  • Supply chain management and leverage, procurement experience.
  • Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability awareness.


Desirable:


  • Degree level education.
  • IWFM Level 4 Qualified.
  • Experience in a repair and maintenance environment.
