This is a hybrid position, with two days per week in Surrey.



Responsibilities


  • Design & implement efficient & effective sales & marketing processes within the organization
  • Develop reporting & workflow processes to drive growth
  • Oversee effective CRM administration, ensuring for accurate data input and utilization
  • Leverage data to support all teams and their success
  • Collaborate with internal teams regularly to nurture company-wide success


The Successful Candidate


  • 3+ years’ experience in a Revenue Operations Manager position
  • Experience utilising HubSpot is essential
  • Experience using DealHub & NetSuite would be a plus
  • Experience building out a Revenue Operations function & leading a team within a business is ideal
  • Commutable to Surrey twice per week
