Our client is an award-winning national security systems provider who are looking to recruit a Manager to oversee a small team of engineers. The purpose of the role is to manage a small team of field-based engineers and undertake site visits across the region carrying out site surveys, risk assessments and basic install/service work.


Applicants should have proven management experience within the security systems sector (this can be CCTV, Access Control, Intruder alarms etc.) working for a systems integrator or manufacturer.




Duties:

  • Manage a small team of field based service Engineers (CCTV, mobile CCTV towers, Intruder systems)
  • Undertake service and install of systems
  • Meet with clients and ensure a first-class service delivery when on-site.
  • Undertake site surveys
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Work to strict client deadlines on specific projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.




Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants should have proven management experience within the security systems sector (this can be CCTV, Access Control, Intruder alarms etc.) working for a systems integrator or manufacturer.
  • Have the ability to undertake straightforward service and install work. Training will be provided.
  • Happy undertaking a role that will require travel across the South East
  • Experience of working closely with clients and customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Have a hands on approach to work.
  • Full UK driving license
