Your new company
This manufacturing organisation is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team. They're a well-established business with a lot of opportunities for training and development.
Your new role
You will be providing administrative support to one of the teams within the company. This includes liaising between various internal teams, such as operations, accounts and customer service. You will be ensuring that all information on the database has been coded and uploaded correctly. You'll be supporting and monitoring the PO process including raising and authorising POs. You will be handling documents, invoices and receipts and ensuring that these are correct and authorised. You will also be supporting with any other ad-hoc work needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a senior administrative role will help you succeed in this role. You're organised with excellent attention to detail and can pick up new systems easily. You have great communication skills and can liaise effectively with other staff members and departments. You're confident in your ability and can work well in a team. You're proactive in your approach and have a great work ethic.
