Talent Frame have partnered with this Corporate & Financial Comms agency, as they look to appoint a Digital Account Manager to their growing team. The agency are based in Central London and have a hybrid set up - 3 days in office and 2 days from home.


This well established and highly regarded Corporate & Financial Comms agency works across a diverse spectrum of industries, representing FTSE listed and fast growing organisations in the financial services, technology, creative, pharma, energy, transport, industrials, food & drink, and leisure sectors.


The Digital Account Manager will bring with them a wealth of digital and social media expertise, with proven experience of delivering corporate and b2b digital campaigns.


Responsibilities include

  • Building relationships with clients and able to advise on digital strategy and campaign direction
  • Working closely with clients to understand business objectives
  • Developing tailored digital strategies encompassing paid, owned and earned channels
  • Crafting thought leadership and executive profiling campaigns
  • Running social media audits and evaluating content quality and engagement metrics
  • Developing multi-channel social and digital content
  • Building and managing strategic social content calendar
  • Social channel management and campaign execution including community management
  • Campaign analysis and reporting


Experience required

  • Previous experience of working in an agency environment across multiple client accounts
  • Proven experience of running multi-channel digital and social campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream and emerging social media channels
  • Experience of using WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, SproutSocial or similar
  • Impeccable project management and client management skills
  • Experience of working with clients in regulated industries advantageous but not required
