We are currently looking for Production Manager


We are currently recruiting for a multi-site Production Printroom Manager, responsible for leading a team of Printroom Operatives ensuring the smooth operation of our Production teams. The role will involve leading innovation projects around Robotag technology, continuous improvement and the use of automation on the Production lines to increase efficiency and productivity. Responsible for managing their own budget, the Production Printroom Manager will be an experienced, strong leader with an eye for detail to ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. The successful candidate will be running a team of employees across three sites in Alconbury, Chatteris and Lincolnshire, with the opportunity to grow within the role and be involved in ground breaking projects to improve efficiencies across the biggest Production Team in the UK Flower market.


- To ensure that daily operations are managed to ensure the smooth flow in all areas that you are responsible for. Along with communicating with other areas to ensure minimal impact.

- To achieve and improve upon customer satisfaction targets by effective management ensuring that quality aspects of the depot operate to project the highest standards to the customer.

- Develop and maintain a motivated team

- To contribute towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practices within the depot.

- Analyse reports against KPI’s and target s and advise on action needed to improve results.

- To be responsible for H & S legislation and the sites H & S policies.

- Good relationship building

- Good PC skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Rubicon or other ERP/WHM systems
