About the Role

As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software applications. You’ll design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, and bring creativity to QA practices. With opportunities to lead, mentor, and innovate, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and agile setting.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge automated test scripts with a mobile-first approach.
  • Build and maintain a robust CI/CD automation process to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to ensure seamless QA integration across projects.
  • Take the lead on non-functional testing, including performance, security, and accessibility.
  • Mentor team members, drive QA excellence, and join the on-call rota (compensated).

About You

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in C#, Selenium, Playwright, and a mobile-first approach.
  • Experience with BDD SpecFlow frameworks and structured/unstructured databases.
  • Knowledge of test design patterns, cloud-native apps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with RestSharp, mobile app testing, and performance/load testing tools.
