Our client, a multinational investment bank, is now hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis until February 2025, with a possible extension, based in Belfast.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known and exciting brand, be part of a global organisation, and grow and develop as a recruiter.

This role will be part of their talent acquisition team and crucial to their in-house sourcing team, sourcing technology, and global functions hires.

The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of on-site recruitment experience within a larger organization, ideally within banking sourcing tech or corporate services roles.

Duties

  • Manage the talent sourcing process across EMEAA by partnering with managers and HR.
  • Own the delivery of the talent candidate pipeline.
  • Build a strong network of candidates.
  • Conduct screening and engagements with candidates.
  • Provide feedback to key stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Be involved in continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Experience Required:

  • 3-4 years of sourcing and on-site recruitment experience, ideally within banking.
  • Expert knowledge of resourcing models.
  • Experience within professional services, ideally larger organisations.
  • Highly organised.
  • Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools.
  • Expert knowledge on sourcing via social media channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.

Hybrid working, 3-day in the office
