Our client is a innovative start-up within in the medical technology industry.
They are dedicated to supporting medical device and IVD businesses to get products into the market through regulatory, quality and product development support. They have extensive expertise within UK, EU and US regulatory requirements within the Medical Device Field and a successful track record.
We are looking for a dynamic Admin and Marketing Executive to join their team to support them as they grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails.
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Support to Executives:
- Provide administrative support to company executives.
Microsoft Office Support:
- Format documents in Microsoft Word, including adding tables, numbering, and utilising drawing tools for creating diagrams.
- Use Excel for tasks such as AutoSum, data entry, and basic analysis.
Marketing Duties:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
LinkedIn Management:
- Create and manage LinkedIn posts, including carousels and other engaging content.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to measure the effectiveness of posts and campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a administration/marketing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in document formatting, table creation, and basic Excel functions such as AutoSum.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Medical Device experience is not essential but knowledge or experience in this space would be advantageous
