Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team as a Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex supply chain transformation projects across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain transformation projects
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and deliver projects to budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in supply chain transformation, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or life sciences sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
