About the Role

As Product Marketing Manager – Games you will take the lead in driving student recruitment, shaping our external communications, and elevating our brand within the Creative Technology faculty.

This is your chance to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with the next generation of gaming professionals while contributing to the growth of a vibrant and forward-thinking institution.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the marketing function for the Gaming faculty, aligning strategies with institutional objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing approaches tailored to the evolving creative industries education sector.
  • Ensure consistent use of the Gaming faculty brand, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines across all stakeholders.
  • Create and execute a dynamic website content and social media strategy, leveraging emerging trends and opportunities across platforms.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality external publications, ensuring editorial accuracy and consistency across all print materials.
  • Develop and deliver advertising strategies, managing integrated campaigns and using performance analysis to inform future activities.
  • Manage the gaming marketing budget, maximising ROI, and provide leadership to a Marketing Officer.

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles, with up-to-date knowledge of trends and opportunities in the field.
  • Experience in creative and digital services, with a keen eye for effective content and design.
  • Proficiency in measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
