Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to lead and manage sponsorship initiatives for our highly acclaimed Global Game Show. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorship deals, and maximizing brand visibility and revenue. The Sponsorship Manager will work closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to align sponsorship opportunities with the show's objectives and deliver value to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies to identify and attract potential partners.
  • Create innovative sponsorship packages tailored to the needs of prospective brands and businesses.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential sponsors across various industries.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals to meet revenue goals and ensure win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring effective communication and a seamless partnership experience.
  • Foster long-term relationships with sponsors to encourage repeat collaborations and continuous engagement.
  • Event Integration:
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to integrate sponsorships into show content and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed as per agreements, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sponsorships.
  • Provide regular performance reports, including ROI analysis, to internal stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop creative sponsorship proposals and close deals.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, brand partnerships, and event management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
