Key responsibilities – Key Account Manager:
The responsibilities of this role include maintaining strong relationships with existing business clients to ensure service levels are met, presenting new products to potential and existing clients, managing account relationships, negotiating prices, understanding client businesses and goals, and identifying and capitalizing on sales growth opportunities.
You will also be responsible for managing product cost prices, developing customer joint business plans, handling customer inquiries, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, and delivering forecast customer volume, net sales, and margin goals for relevant clients.
Skills & experience- Key Account Manager:
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in account management with major retailers, a FMCG background in Food Production, or Drinks sectors, strong IT skills including proficiency in the MS Office suite, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, resilience, drive, and a focus on career advancement.
This opportunity is suitable for National Account Managers, Account Managers, Regional Account Managers, or Commercial Managers with experience in national accounts in retail or online sectors. Sales Executives with relevant experience looking to advance their careers are also encouraged to apply.
Benefits- Key Account Manager:
- The role offers standard office hours from 0800-1700, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model allowing for one day of remote work per week.
- The salary for this position is up to £47,000 per year, depending on experience, with performance bonuses of up to £2,000 per year (£500 per quarter) and a car allowance.
