Key Responsibilities of the Head of Transaction Processing:

  • Manage and oversee a team of 100+ people across financial processing activities

  • Manage working capital and accurate cash flow forecasting
  • Sit on the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CFO


Required knowledge and experience for the Head of Transaction Processing role:

  • Experience in transaction processing/shared services management
  • Experience in overseeing 100+ people across financial processing activities, including customer billing, credit control, payables, and other financial transaction processing
  • Demonstrable success in driving the performance of teams and delivering improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to map out and improve processes with an emphasis on automation where possible and appropriate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to engage, unite, and motivate a team
