About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transactional Processing SME to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our finance operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and expenses, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly Concur Admin reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
  • Conduct daily duplicate invoice audits and work with Nearshore to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Act as the escalation point for Nearshore and the ISS Business, providing timely responses to escalated items and driving best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth PTP processes and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay, with a strong understanding of 3-way matching.
  • Experience in Invoice Processing/Travel and Expenses, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with COUPA/Maximo/Saffron/Concur would be advantageous, but not essential.
