Transactional Processing Expert

Job Summary
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to act as the Subject Matter Expert for processing and travel & expenses, providing critical support and guidance to ensure the effective facilitation and interface between the UK business units and the Nearshore activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly Concur Admin reconciliation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct daily duplicate invoice audit and work with Nearshore for any corrections required to maintain high standards.
- Act as the Invoice Processing and Travel & Expense escalation point for Nearshore and the ISS Business via ISS Query Portals to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide timely response to all escalated items with root cause and recommendations to drive best practice.
- Drive re-education of Suppliers and Business Users to drive adherence to policy and right first-time processing.
- Work with the Transactional Processing Business Partner to deliver continuous improvement and support initiatives to maintain the integrity of the systems.
Requirements
- Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay experience is essential (ie 3-way match).
- Proven experience of Invoice Processing/Travel and Expenses.
- Prior experience of working within an Onshore/Nearshore Finance Shared Service Centre and similar role within a multi-site.
- Experience of working within COUPA/Maximo/Saffron/Concur would be advantageous but not essential.
- Forward thinking, with tenacity and good analytical and communication skills.
- Works independently and as part of a team, to tight deadlines.
- Experience of E-invoicing solutions advantageous.
