Your new company
You will be joining a subsidiary of a large, established and successful business in the Kingswinford area. This is a new position in their customer service team, that is permanent and full-time.
What you'll need to succeed
This role plays a key part in the customer service function and encompasses both customer service queries and order processing.
Key duties include:

  • Process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone or email.
  • Handle all customer enquiries, from checking stock availability, dealing with customer technical product queries, liaising with our logistics/operational team by chasing up outstanding customer orders.
  • Deliver high communication levels to customers, including informing of any delays or changes in delivery requests.
  • Work closely with the sales teams supporting them with administration duties such as price files, quotations, and customer onboarding of new customers.
  • Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams on site.
This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00 with a 1-hour lunch.

What do you need to succeed
This role requires experience in customer service as well as administration and someone who has a passion to deliver excellent customer service. You will need to be confident working in a fast paced and busy role, in a small team.
