Business Development Manager- Hybrid E-Commerce, Retail Services

Basic to £60,000 OTE £72,000 Uncapped + Car, Private Health and Extensive Benefits

Living Location – 90-minute commute of Peterborough


Established for over 40 years, this organisation is a key supplier to some of the largest retail organisations in the world. They specialise in supporting their client’s e-commerce operations with various products, services and cost-saving solutions.


Having grown four-fold in the last decade, they want to add an accomplished Business Development Manager to their friendly and established team.


Candidates may have sold any product or service, but they must have experience dealing in the retail sector at head office level. Relevant contact points would typically be Logistics, Operations or Procurement Managers/Directors.


This is an organisation of scale with modern, purpose-built headquarters incorporating state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. However, they retain a non-corporate, tight-knit family culture and are agile and autonomous in their decision-making.


This role would suit an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual looking for a high-growth opportunity within a non-corporate, forward-thinking and environmentally aware organisation, taking real steps to achieve carbon-neutral status.


The role is hybrid and requires you to live within a 90-minute commute from the HQ in Peterborough.
