Management of transparency data flow

• Collation, review, and submission of transparency Excel spreadsheets containing data on transfers of value (ToV) made by third parties to Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organisations and Patient Organisations

• Manage data flow from data sources to end reporting engine for affiliate ToVs.

• Take corrective actions according to the internal processes and procedures to ensure that correct, complete, and accurate data flow into the reporting engine

• Reconciliation of source data to reporting engine

• Review and maintenance of robust customer master data in ERP systems to ensure compliance with transparency requirements

• Generation, check and validation of the transparency reports

• Participate in and contribute to the Global Data Steward forums

• Data analytics for business partners

Experience and Qualifications


• Background in financial systems/processes, either via Finance, IT or Data Analytics

• Advanced use of MS-Office with emphasis on MS-Excel – Must Have

• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry activities and compliance regulations is an advantage.
