The business is an innovative, agile SME business serving a global client base from its locations in the UK and US. Following a period of steady growth and a strong forward order book they are seeking an experienced Demand Planner who can implement robust systems and processes to ensure accurate forecasting across the business and OTIF deliveries for customers. You will be joining at an exciting time in the development and growth of the business.


What you will be doing

  • Implementing and managing planning processes / systems and issuing accurate planning and forecasting data across the business for production and NPI activities
  • Lead weekly S&OP meetings and communicate outcomes
  • Liaise collaboratively with Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing, Sales, Operations and Suppliers to ensure OTIF goals are met
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships


Experience you will have

  • Development of production plans to support Kanban production
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of SIOP / S&OP processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing and diplomacy skills
  • Able to work in fast paced, evolving and demanding environment
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems
  • MRP and inventory management experience
