Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Head Of New Business to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of securing new business and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the digital media and marketing sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop targeted pitches and proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships and promote Simply Social.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a digital media or marketing agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in London.
